WHO ARE WE?
Poor mental health costs £1,800 per employee per year (inc. those unimpacted).
The ROI of effective mental health training can be up to 9:1.
Do the maths and let us help.
Honest Minds partner with values-led organisations who understand the importance of supporting employee mental health and the benefits of doing so - both individual and commercial. Through strategic training and consultancy, we create sustainable change. Workplaces people want to come to, are empowered to perform at their best and feel safe to be honest.
Honesty in the workplace offers compelling benefits; less absence and staff turnover, better morale and productivity. Employers also need to be honest about what they’re really doing to support employee mental health and its impact. Are you providing the psychological safety necessary for people to know they’re going to be supported instead of risking their career?
Mental health is everyone’s business and everyone’s responsibility. Our wellbeing solutions encourage honesty both in and out of the workplace, so let’s get honest, now.
